Data deletion

Open Settings, go to Connections, and choose Disconnect next to the account. We delete the stored access token for that account straight away, and scheduled posts that have not been published are cancelled.

You can also remove Deepscene's access from the platform. On Instagram, open Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Deepscene. On TikTok, open Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services, and remove Deepscene. After that, our token stops working and we cannot post for you.

To delete everything we hold about you, including connected-account details and scheduled posts, email olayinkashittu2003@gmail.com from the address on your Deepscene account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We keep only records we must keep for tax, fraud prevention, or legal reasons, as described in the privacy page.

Posts that were already published to Instagram or TikTok live on those platforms. Deleting your Deepscene data does not remove them; you can delete them there.
