What we collect
Account details: your email address, your name, and your profile picture when you sign in with Google or another provider.
What you put in: videos, images, audio, links, prompts, scripts, and settings you upload or type into Deepscene, and the files and results generated from them.
Usage records: which tools you ran, when, and how many credits or clip minutes they used, so we can bill and prevent abuse.
Billing status: your plan and whether it is active. Card details are entered with our payment provider and are not stored by us.
Bug reports: if you send one, the message you write, the page you were on, your browser details, and any screenshots you attach.
How we use it
To run the tools you ask for, show your history and projects, charge for paid plans, answer support requests, keep the service secure, and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploads to build advertising profiles.
Signing in with Google
When you choose Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use them to create and sign you in to your Deepscene account. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google data.
Deepscene's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who else handles it
We rely on service providers to run Deepscene. They receive only what they need to do their part.
Sign-in and accounts: Clerk. Website hosting: Vercel. Servers and database: our hosting provider. File storage: Cloudflare R2. Payments and subscriptions: our payment provider, Bachs.
Generation: to make images, video, audio, transcripts, and text, the prompts and files you submit are sent to AI model providers, for example OpenRouter, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Deepgram, and Higgsfield, depending on the tool and model you choose. Their own terms govern how they handle that data.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the service and its users.
How long we keep it
Some files expire on a schedule, for example downloaded source videos and clip previews after 30 minutes. The Terms page lists the file lifetimes for each plan.
Account details, history, and billing records are kept while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information, except records we must keep for tax, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing olayinkashittu2003@gmail.com. You can cancel a paid plan from Settings at any time.
Children
Deepscene is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Where it is processed
Our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
Changes and contact
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date below.

Connecting Instagram and TikTok
If you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, you sign in on that platform and approve what Deepscene may do. We receive an access token, your account's name and ID on that platform, and your profile picture.
We use the connection only to publish the posts you schedule in Deepscene, at the time you choose. We do not read your messages, comments, followers, or analytics, and we do not post anything you did not schedule.
Tokens are stored encrypted. Media you schedule is fetched by the platform from a temporary link we generate, or uploaded to it directly.
You can disconnect an account at any time from Connections in Settings, which deletes its stored token. You can also remove Deepscene's access from your Instagram or TikTok settings. Details are on the data deletion page.
