What you agree to at checkout
When you tick “I agree to the Terms of Service” and continue to checkout, you agree to the points on this page and to the general Terms. They come down to two things: the plan renews until you cancel, and the service starts as soon as you check out.
Free trial
Your first paid plan of each kind starts with 14 days free. We save your card at checkout and charge nothing during those 14 days.
When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and the card is charged its price. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
You can choose to end the trial early and start the paid plan straight away. If you do, the card is charged that day.
The AI Clipper trial includes clip minutes only. Image and video generation start on an active paid Create plan.
Renewal
Plans renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
Credits and clip minutes reset at the start of each period. Unused credits and minutes do not carry over. Minutes from a top-up last until you use them.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not charged again.
Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged.
The 14-day right to cancel
In some countries, including the UK and the EU, people who buy a digital service online have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying it and get their money back. This is sometimes called the cooling-off period.
Deepscene starts working the moment you check out, so you can use your trial and your plan straight away. Because you ask us to start immediately, the law treats it like this: once you have fully used the service, you lose that 14-day right; and if you cancel within the 14 days after a paid plan starts, we may keep a fair amount for what you already used, such as credits spent or minutes clipped, and refund the rest.
If the law where you live gives you stronger rights than these terms, those rights still apply.
Refunds
Outside the 14-day right above, payments for a period that has started are not refunded, but you keep the plan until that period ends.
If you were charged by mistake, or charged twice, write to hello@deepscene.co and we will put it right.
Changing plans
Change or switch plans from Manage billing. You can hold one Create plan and one AI Clipper plan at the same time; they are billed separately.
Top-ups are one-off payments that start immediately and are not part of a subscription.
Failed payments and prices
If a renewal payment fails, update your card in Manage billing. Your access follows the subscription status we receive from our payment provider.
If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
