Using Deepscene
You are responsible for what you upload, link, and generate. Do not use Deepscene to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.
Generated files are yours to use, subject to the rights of anyone whose work, face, voice, or brand appears in what you supplied.
Clipping third-party video
The Clipper reads a video you link to and cuts it into short clips. Before every run you confirm that you own the video or have permission from the person who does to clip, edit, and repost it.
Deepscene does not grant you any rights to a video you link. Fair use and similar exceptions depend on your country and on how you use the clip. Deciding whether they apply is your responsibility.
We record which account confirmed permission and when, alongside the run.
Downloaded source videos and clip previews are deleted after 3 hours. On the free plan, rendered clips are deleted after 3 hours. On the Clipper plan, rendered clips stay for 30 days. Clip titles, scores, post captions, and transcripts stay in your history.
If a rights holder asks us to remove a clip or stop processing a video, we may do so without notice and may suspend accounts that repeatedly clip videos without permission.
Billing
The free clip allowance covers a source of up to 60 minutes. A longer source is not processed on that allowance. You can paste a shorter link, or start a paid plan immediately.
Starting a trial saves a card. Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. The plan you chose is charged when those 14 days end, unless you cancel first or you choose to start the plan sooner. Cancel from Settings before the charge and the card is not billed.
Image and video generation is billed only on an active paid plan. The trial does not include those models.
A signed-in account with no subscription cannot export clips or generate images and video.
If a renewal charge fails, update the card from Manage billing. Access follows the subscription status we receive from the payment provider.
Trials, renewals, cancelling, and refunds are explained in full in the subscription terms.
Files and storage
Some files are kept only for a limited time. When a tool says a file expires, download it before then; we cannot recover expired files.
